What is FondiaAcademy?

Fondia is the leading legal department service provider in Finland. Fifty companies have already signed a FondiaLegalDepartment agreement, under which we manage the daily legal affairs of our clients. FondiaAcademy started off as our in-house training program for our lawyers. We recognize that legal department work requires a hands-on approach as well as diverse legal skills and continuous monitoring.

We feel that the best way to nurture expertise is to engage in productive dialogue. For this reason we wish to provide the opportunity for external in-house lawyers to participate in FondiaAcademy training as well. FondiaAcademy is organised six times per year and the program examines all branches of jurisprudence considered essential for the work of a company lawyer in a concise and practical manner.
