Our general meeting service provides much needed extra resources during typically busy times, while consultation enables the company to assess and organise the management of legal affairs in a cost-effective way. In addition, Fondia can provide the company with a leased lawyer for short-term needs - for example, to fill a post during family leave.
Fondia General Meeting Service
Fondia’s general meeting service takes care of everything relating to the organisation of a general meeting. Fondia provides a chairman, a secretary and convenors to ensure that the meeting moves along both appropriately and smoothly. We will also draw up all necessary legal documents for the customer regarding the general meeting. Furthermore, the service covers all practical arrangements, such as booking the venue, managing attendance and making sure that everything runs smoothly.
Fondia offers the general meeting service as a fixed-price package. However, i f necessary, the customer can also select only certain parts of the package. The consultation regarding the planning of the general meeting service is offered free of charge.
Fondia’s general meeting service provides the company with the necessary additional resources, for example during busy spring months. Our lawyers in charge of the service are well-experienced in preparing and conducting general meetings of public companies and large-scale enterprises. Fondia’s general meeting service can also be supplemented with general meeting services offered by Euroclear Finland Oy.
FondiaLease-A-Lawyer
The FondiaLease-A-Lawyer service is a trouble-free way of leasing a temporary lawyer for your company. The service offers the customer a competent replacement - for example, during a maternity leave, an extended sick leave or when the company is otherwise lacking resources. The work period of a leased lawyer can last as little as one week.
The FondiaLease-A-Lawyer service is always initiated with an orientation into the customer’s business and by mapping their need for resources. When the work culture, job description, expertise and experience have been defined, Fondia will find and present suitable candidates to the company. The customer always has the final choice and the leased lawyer is equipped with FondiaToolkit, an ERP system for legal matters as well as telephone support provided by Fondia’s lawyers.
The FondiaLease-A-Lawyer lawyer operates from the customer’s office, reporting to the customer company’s management. Fondia takes care of all employer’s obligations, such as the employment contract, payment of salary, employers' fees, work certificate, occupational health care as well as sick leave and annual leave payments. The customer will always receive a report on the work carried out by the leased lawyer.
The rates for the Fondia Lease-A-Lawyer service are determined by the experience level of the leased lawyer and the duration of the work period. The customer will not be charged for possible annual leave or sick leave days. The service is invoiced every six months.
