I started working at Fondia in January 2012. Before joining Fondia, I worked approximately for six years at the Group Legal Affairs of Elcoteq. I have also worked as the sole local counsel of a global ICT company’s Finnish daughter company, and in a big law firm specialized in business law and as the sole lawyer of an international Internet Service Provider in Finland. In addition to my Finnish law degree, I have obtained a postgraduate LL.M. degree from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands, as well as a degree of Master of Economic Sciences from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration.
During my career I have gained experience from different areas of law and partly in the borderline of law and business operations. My strongest areas of law are accordingly the areas of business law such as contract law, corporate law, intellectual property rights and information technology law.
In Fondia, I can combine my experience from the company side as well as from the law firm, and which I find the best, in Fondia I can work directly in a tight cooperation with the customer, to which I am used when working as an in-house lawyer.
I spend my spare time with my family as well as with relatives and friends. When the time allows, I enjoy playing violin, sports, outdoors, reading and supporting the ice hockey team Oulun Kärpät. I have a passion for the French language and culture, Vivaldi as well as for fashion and design.
