I specialize in M&A, private equity and venture capital and finance and banking issues for growth companies. I have also gathered considerable experience in security markets law, takeover bids and IPOs. I am very interested in the business world and business operations and my strongest competence areas are corporate and contract law. I started at Fondia in April 2008 and I am now responsible for Fondia’s Vaasa branch office. Prior to joining Fondia I enjoyed a long career at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at Law. 

In addition to business law, I enjoy playing in the sandpit with my two sons and chasing the ball on the floor ball court.
