I assist our legal department clients broadly in their legal matters. My professional focus particularly includes company and contract law as well as venture capital transactions. Prior to my transfer to Fondia in the spring of 2007 I worked as an associate lawyer at Roschier Attorneys, Ltd. and I have also enhanced my professional experience while working as an international lawyer for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York. In addition to my Finnish law degree I have obtained an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law.

Jogging has in recent times become somewhat of a passion for me and I am also very excited about my new tennis interest, which I am fortunate to be able to share with my husband and the real tennis masters at Fondia. I am hoping our toddler boys will give me some good matches in the future. Good food, a glass of wine and the company of family and close friends are among the best ways for me to relax. I love traveling and getting to know new places. New York is however still – and will most certainly always be – my favorite destination.
