I started at Fondia in October 2009 as a leader of the B2C group. That was the natural group for me, since I worked as a director of legal matters at Raisio Plc. It was really interesting to exploit the thoughts and working methods of the lawyer and director of a listed company into the work of an expert. The effective and uncomplicated working method at Fondia is just the kind of service I would like to purchase myself.

I have had the opportunity to work with various types of firms because of my twenty year long background as an expert. I concentrated on corporate acquisitions and contracts while working in Roschier as well as in Ernst &Young and Laakso, Lukander & Ruohola in Turku. Perhaps leading the business founded by my late husband was the most significant professional experience for me. Generally speaking, it doesn’t really make any difference whether you work at a listed company or SME – the client always knows his business the best. The main thing is to be loyal to the client, listen to him and absorb feedback – something that Fondia believes in.

I love spending my spare time with my children, who are aged 4, 15 and 17. They keep me company while golfing, skiing, running, going to the gym, swimming or taking out our Nova Scotia retriever Onni. When the opportunity arises I always head to the shores of Airisto, Parainen.
