I joined Fondia´s professional Legal Team in September 2011. Transferring to Fondia was easy, since Fondia´s customer-oriented services were exactly what I have also as a customer longed for. Prior to Fondia I worked for 14 years as a lawyer at Shell Finland. The last 7 years I worked as the Head of Legal and a member of the Country Leadership Team. As the sole lawyer of the company, I took care of both the B2B issues of the oil industry as well as issues on the Retail side. I gained wide legal knowledge from different fields of law. Multinational company wise I participated in planning and implementing of worldwide purchase, sale and franchise standard contracts. In addition to that, I also acted as the keeper/interpreter and trainer of various compliance and internal policies and company values. My strengths in law are particularly Contract and Labor Law.

I spend my free time with my family and my three children (-99,-02,-06) make sure that mom has always something to do. Our family goes boating in the Finnish archipelago during the weekends and holidays in the summer time. During the winter leisure time our family goes together downhill skiing. I take care of my health by regular cross-country jogging in Espoo. My personal values are fairness and happiness, according to which I aim to make choices in my life.
