I joined Fondia as Head of HR in October 2007. My job involves fine-tuning Fondia as an excellent place to work. It has always been obvious at Fondia to invest in the employees, which has made my job easier. I am a disciple of the Helsinki School of Economics and I previously worked as a recruitment consultant for almost a decade. I am an average citizen of Espoo, although I don’t drive a Volvo or have a golden retriever. As a petite person I have settled for a Smart and a hamster. My favorite hobby is being an aerobics instructor, where I can carry out my crazy ideas and let off some steam. “It’s a war for talent and I’m the ultimate fighter”.
