I advise on M&A and venture capital matters and specialize particularly in Security Markets Law. Prior to joining Fondia in 2009, I worked as an attorney at Castrén & Snellman and I hold a degree in Economics.

I spend my free time at the golf course and playing floorball. During the summer, I like to visit the beaches of Rautavesi to enjoy cottage life together with my wife. I also enjoy traveling, reading and single malt scotches.
