Our recruitment process begins with a careful perusal of all applications, after which we will interview those applicants who we feel best meet the selection criteria. Depending on the nature of the position and the expectations of the candidate, there may be one to three interviews. The candidate will always meet at least two representatives of Fondia before moving on to the next stage.
Top candidates will be asked to participate in an aptitude evaluation to be carried out by a reliable partner of our company and we will tailor the evaluation to suit the position. The candidate may arrange the date and the details of the evaluation together with the designated psychologist. The psychologist reports the results of the aptitude evaluation to us as well as the candidate. We will make a recruitment decision as soon as possible and we will notify all applicants of the outcome. From there a verbal offer will be made to the chosen candidate and the terms of employment discussed.
